This website (www.equipajebcn.com) is owned by FELIX PRECIADO IGLESIAS (hereinafter EQUIPAJE BCN), a company incorporated under Spanish law, with its registered office in Muntaner, 450, 08006 Barcelona, Spain, and with tax identification number ES-46112091N.

This website and related services are made available to you pursuant to the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter T&Cs) and any other rules on our website. These T&Cs  inform about the policies of prices, deliveries and returns as well as the rights and obligations.

By accessing and using this website you agree to these T&Cs, including any changes. Please check these T&Cs periodically for changes or modifications.

TERRITORIES AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The products shown on this website are available for delivery in the following territories:

GROUP 0: Spain (peninsula and Balearics), Portugal (peninsula), Andorra, and Gibraltar

GROUP 1: Canary Islands (Spain), Ceuta (Spain), Melilla (Spain), Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, and United Kingdom

GROUP 2: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden

EQUIPAJE BCN reserves the right to deliver products in other countries not specified above. Any queries in this regard will be made through the email address contacto@equipajebcn.com and will be treated individually.

EQUIPAJE BCN reserves the right not to deliver the product if the product is not available or difficulties arise in the supplies or in the logistics for delivery. Attempts will be made to find solutions or propose similar products. In the event that the purchase can not be delivered, any amount paid by you will be returned in full.

PRICES

Prices on this website include applicable taxes (currently 21%). The shipping costs are not included in the products and are added later once the purchase process has started, but always before finalizing it.

You will always have a summary of the amounts that will be applied so you can see the detail of the cost of the product, shipping charges and all taxes included before making the payment.

DELIVERY TIME, SHIPPING AND SHIPPING CHARGES

EQUIPAJE BCN undertakes to deliver the purchases in perfect condition at the address provided during the purchase process in this website. We do not deliver items to PO boxes.

Delivery time:

GROUP 0 between 3 and 5 days

GROUP 1 between 7 and 10 days

GROUP 2 between 7 and 10 days

The days are counted from the reception of the purchase in our system and as long as the purchase contains all the necessary information for its correct treatment.

All orders are delivered by using recognized international courier companies. If necessary, EQUIPAJE BCN may communicate additional information about the shipment (parcel tracking number assigned by the courier company responsible for delivering your item(s) for example) provided that this information is formally requested to the email address contacto@equipajebcn.com.

For domestic destinations, 2 delivery attempts will be made. For international destinations a single delivery attempt will be made. If you are absent you will be left with a notice with the data of the courier office where you can pick up the shipment or organize a new delivery, if within 7 days the shipment is not collected it will be returned to origin. In order to prevent problems with deliveries (incorrect addresses, not finding anyone at the address) the corresponding form must be filled in correctly, especially the box with a contact telephone number.

WE REMEMBER YOU THAT SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES OF THE PRODUCTS SHOWN IN THIS WEBSITE.

The shipping costs will be as follows:

GROUP 0: 6,00 EUR

GROUP 1: 18,00 EUR

GROUP 2: 28,00 EUR

These rates do not include all taxes and / or expenses generated in the destinations of Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar and international destinations outside the EU. Taxes generated at destination in these territories will be at the expense of the recipient.

EQUIPAJE BCN reserves the right to make promotions with the shipping costs

PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY

CREDIT CARD, through CaixaBank (La Caixa) platform (TPV virtual), at no cost to you. The confidential data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution that is in charge of the payment. The data of the credit cards are not in any case in this website.

PAYPAL: Payments through PayPal are made directly to the PayPal website following the conditions established by PayPal.

BANK TRANSFER to our account, CaixaBank (La Caixa), at no cost to you. EQUIPAJE BCN will inform you about the account number where the transfer is to be made. Note: The delivery time will be counted once the transfer has been received and it has been confirmed that the data match the purchase data.

Discount coupons are not considered means of payment, they are only discounts applicable to the prices.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

EQUIPAJE BCN reserves the right to publish and apply discounts and promotions at any time, as well as to modify its retail prices and special offers at any time without prior notice, except for orders that already have been confirmed.

EQUIPAJE BCN reserves the right to communicate promotional codes for special discounts. The conditions of use of these codes will be communicated together with the code. EQUIPAJE BCN will not be responsible for promotional codes published in other media (printed, digital, ...) other than FELIX PRECIADO IGLESIAS.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The procedure to purchase through this website is designed to be simple and intuitive. If any doubt or problem arises during the online purchase procedure, you may send us an e-mail to: contacto@equipajebcn.com or contact us by telephone: +34629743793 (from 08:00 to 23:00).

All doubts have to be clarified before concluding the purchase, since at the end of the purchase procedure through this website it is understood that the conditions of sale detailed in this document are fully accepted. No purchase will be accepted until payment of the full amount associated is effective.

Purchases begin to be processed from the moment the purchase is confirmed. Even so, any purchase can be canceled as long as the product has not been delivered to be shipped. This usually happens within 24 hours of the order confirmation. If you want to cancel a purchase, you can do it through the email address contacto@equipajebcn.com.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied after receiving your order, you have a period of 14 days to return the item(s).

In order to return an order, you must check that it meets the following criteria:

-the product must not have been used.

-the product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent, in the original packaging where possible. If the original packaging is not available, it should be replaced with packaging of a similar size and capacity.

-the product must be delivered to our office: Equipaje BCN, Muntaner 450 at, 08006 Barcelona, Spain

Once we have received the item(s) and checked that they comply with the requirements as detailed above EQUIPAJE BCN will refund the full amount of the purchase (shipping costs included). The refund will be made automatically to the credit card or account indicated by the customer, depending on the payment method used by you.

Direct costs of returning the item(s) will be paid by you except in the case of manufacturing default or quality issue where EQUIPAJE BCN is responsible for the costs of returning the item(s), provided that the product is returned within 14 days after receipt.
